The dimensions are 8 inches tall (but will fit a water bottle up to 12 inches) and 4 inches in diameter. The strap is 1 inch wide and extends to 60 inches long.
 
There is an exterior zipper pocket that is 4 inches by 5 inches and an open pocket that is 7.5 inches by 5 inches. Cups are secured inside the bag with a snap along the back.
